What Does Trumark Credit Union Do With Your Personal Information?
Why?
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing of personal information. Federal law also requires financial institutions to explain how they collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand our practices.
What Information Do We Collect?
The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the products and services you have with us. This information may include your Social Security number, checking account information, account balances, payment history, credit history, and credit scores.

How We Share Information
Federal law allows financial companies to share members' personal information to conduct everyday business operations. Trumark Credit Union shares personal information to process transactions, maintain accounts, respond to court orders and legal investigations, and report information to credit bureaus. You cannot limit this type of sharing.
We do not share your personal information for our own marketing purposes or with our affiliates for their everyday business purposes, creditworthiness decisions, or marketing.
We do share information with other financial companies for joint marketing purposes, and we may share information with non-affiliated companies so they can market their products and services to you. You have the right to limit both of these types of sharing.
How to Limit Our Sharing
You may limit certain types of information sharing by calling 1-877-TRUMARK or by mailing us your request.
If you are a new member, we may begin sharing your information 30 days after this notice is provided. If you are no longer a member, we will continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you may contact us at any time to limit eligible sharing.
If you have a joint account, your privacy choices will apply to everyone on the account unless you instruct us to apply your choices only to you.
