Dana Brown
Dana Brown is Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer at Trumark Credit Union, where she leads the organization’s retail strategy, overseeing all frontline branch and call center staff, branch operations, and wealth advisory services. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring Trumark’s retail delivery model reflects its mission of helping members realize their full financial potential through trusted relationships and personalized service.
Dana’s leadership is rooted in deep frontline experience and a strong belief that meaningful member relationships are built, not sold. Having begun her career in branch operations and spent years working directly in the branches, she brings a practical, people‑first perspective to retail strategy. She puts great emphasis on understanding member needs, coaching team members, and creating environments where teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service with confidence and care.
Through this approach, Dana has strengthened Trumark’s member‑first retail culture, shifting the focus from transactions to long‑term relationships. By aligning performance, service excellence, and community connection, she helps ensure retail banking experiences are consistent, personal, and deeply responsive to the communities Trumark serves. Her leadership reinforces the critical role the front-line teams play in building trust and advancing financial well‑being every day.
Dana brings more than 40 years of experience in retail banking and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University. She is actively engaged in the community, serving on the board of Clarifi, a nonprofit dedicated to financial empowerment, on the finance committee for St. James School, and as President of the Central Board of Settlement Music School. Her leadership is grounded in long‑standing relationships and a deep understanding of how trust is built on the front lines, every day.
Daniel Brewin
Daniel Brewin is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Trumark Credit Union, where he oversees core operational functions that enable scale, consistency, and innovation across the organization. His responsibilities span digital banking, deposit operations, fraud prevention, loan servicing, enterprise innovation, data and business intelligence, and the project management office, bringing together people, processes, and insight to support Trumark’s growth.
Dan’s leadership is grounded in using data and disciplined execution to turn strategy into action. He is known for creating clarity across complex operational environments, leveraging insight and performance metrics to drive smarter decision‑making, improve outcomes, and keep teams aligned around shared priorities. His approach blends operational rigor with a forward‑looking mindset, ensuring innovation is practical, measurable, and member‑focused.

Karen Sweeney
Karen Sweeney is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Trumark Credit Union, where she leads the organization’s people strategy, including talent management, employee experience, learning and development, and human resources operations. Karen brings a deeply human‑centered leadership approach shaped by a uniquely diverse career spanning banking, social work, law, and organizational development. She is known for creating environments where people feel valued, included, and empowered to do meaningful work. Her leadership emphasizes clarity, trust, and shared accountability, enabling teams to perform at a high level while staying grounded in purpose.
Through this lens, Karen has led initiatives that strengthen engagement, build leadership capability, and foster a culture where employees can grow and thrive. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rider University, a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, a Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. She is a senior-level SHRM certified HR practitioner, a Certified Coach, and certified in Group Development and the Neuroscience of Leadership. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that when people are supported and empowered, organizations—and the members they serve—are positioned to thrive.
Marianne Drumm
Marianne Drumm is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Trumark Credit Union, where she oversees enterprise risk management, internal audit, legal, and compliance functions. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the organization operates with integrity, soundness, and a strong commitment to protecting member trust while supporting Trumark’s long‑term strategy.
Marianne brings a thoughtful, balanced leadership approach that positions risk management as a strategic partner to the business. She is known for her ability to evaluate decisions through financial, regulatory, and member lenses, helping leaders move forward with clarity and confidence while maintaining appropriate safeguards. Her leadership emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and sound judgment, creating an environment where risk is understood, managed, and aligned with purpose.

Marianne began her career in internal audit and advanced into senior risk leadership roles within commercial banking before joining Trumark. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is an active member of the Financial Managers Society. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to integrity, sound governance, and preserving the trust members place in Trumark every day.
Patrick O’Halloran
Patrick O’Halloran is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Trumark Credit Union, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, core banking platforms, and network operations. In this role, he ensures Trumark’s technology foundation is secure, resilient, and designed to support reliable, accessible experiences for members as the organization continues to grow.
Patrick’s leadership is shaped by a rare combination of deep technical expertise and frontline perspective. Having started his career as a teller, he brings a practical, human‑centered approach to technology, focused on how systems perform in real moments for employees and members alike. He is known for aligning technology decisions with business priorities, ensuring innovation strengthens trust, usability, and operational confidence.
Under Patrick’s leadership, Trumark has strengthened its digital and cybersecurity capabilities while improving system reliability and continuity. His focus on security, resilience, and thoughtful innovation enables the organization to protect member information, adapt to evolving digital expectations, and deliver seamless experiences across channels. Through strong cross‑functional partnership, he ensures technology is integrated into every aspect of Trumark’s strategy and service delivery.
Patrick holds a degree from Rutgers University and is a member of the Society for Information Management. He also serves on the board of a technology company and supports March of Dimes through his involvement in fundraising initiatives.
Steven Olson
Steven Olson is Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Trumark Credit Union, where he leads all consumer, residential, and commercial lending functions. He is responsible for shaping lending strategies that support sustainable growth while expanding access to responsible, member‑focused solutions that help individuals and businesses move forward with confidence.
Steve’s leadership is defined by principled judgment and a strong commitment to doing what’s right for members. He brings a balanced, pragmatic approach to lending, grounded in both financial performance and real‑world member needs. He ensures lending decisions support important life milestones today while laying the foundation to help members realize their full financial potential in the future.
Through a thoughtful, collaborative leadership approach, Steve creates clarity and alignment across teams so lending strategies translate into meaningful outcomes. His focus on access, education, and long‑term relationships has strengthened Trumark’s member‑focused lending culture and reinforced its role as a trusted financial partner across the communities it serves.
Steve holds a degree in Business Administration from Millersville University and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He is actively engaged in the community, serving as President of the Board of the Housing Partnership of Chester County and previously serving in leadership roles with the Pennsylvania Home Lending Collaborative and Neighborhood Services of Greater Berks.
Vince Market
Vince Market is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Trumark Credit Union, where he oversees accounting and financial operations and plays a central role in guiding the organization’s long‑term financial strength. His leadership ensures Trumark’s financial strategies remain disciplined, resilient, and closely aligned with its mission to help members realize their full financial potential.
With nearly four decades of experience, Vince brings a steady, solutions‑oriented perspective shaped by leading through sustained periods of change and uncertainty. He is known for his calm, empathetic leadership and sound judgment, creating confidence across the organization while balancing fiscal responsibility with a deep commitment to member impact.
Vince’s leadership fosters stability and trust, empowering teams to make thoughtful decisions that support responsible growth and exceptional member experiences. His long tenure provides a unique perspective on Trumark’s evolution, and the critical role financial stewardship plays in strengthening both the organization and the communities it serves.
In addition to his role at Trumark, Vince serves as an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at La Salle University and is actively engaged in professional and industry organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Risk Management and an MBA in Finance from La Salle University

The Supervisory Committee is elected by the members of the credit union. This committee is responsible for protecting members’ funds and interests while ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control structure within the credit union. The Committee also oversees the internal audit function and engages an independent accounting firm to conduct an annual examination of the credit union. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about your account or the credit union’s operations, you should first email the credit union directly. However, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the response, you can appeal the matter to the Supervisory Committee which will conduct an additional review.
