How Can I Pay My Trumark Credit Union Loan?

Trumark Credit Union offers multiple ways to make loan and credit card payments—online, in person, over the phone, or by mail—so you can choose what works best for you. 

  • You can make a loan payment online using a bank account or debit card from another financial institution through online banking.

    Steps:

    1. Log in to online banking
    2. Select Pay & Transfer
    3. Select Pay Loan via External Account
    4. Choose one of the available payment options and follow the prompts

  • If you have a Trumark Credit Union checking or savings account, you can make internal transfers to pay your loan.

    Steps:

    1. Log in to online banking
    2. Select Pay & Transfer
    3. Select Internal Transfer

  • You may visit any Trumark Credit Union branch to make a loan payment in person. A team member can assist you.

    To make a payment by phone from your Trumark checking or savings account, call 1-877-TRUMARK and have your account information ready.

  • Mailing addresses vary by loan type. Please include your loan or credit card number in the check memo to ensure accurate processing.

Loan Payment FAQs

  • Paying online from another financial institution requires transferring funds to your Trumark checking or share account first. To do so, please: 

    1. Log into online banking
    2. Set up recurring transfers from another financial institution to your Trumark checking account or share account
    3. Select Accounts
    4. Navigate to your mortgage and select "Make a Payment"
    5. Follow the prompts

  • No. Only debit card or checking/savings accounts may be used to make online loan payments; credit cards are not accepted. 

  • Loan payments made from an external account prior to 3 p.m. EST will be posted the same day. Payments made after 3 p.m. EST will be posted the next day. 

    Loan payments made from a Trumark account prior to 7 p.m. EST will be posted the same day. Payments made after 7 p.m. EST will be posted the next day. 

    Credit card payments made after 5:30 p.m. EST will be posted the next business day. Credit card payment amounts and due dates in Trumark's online banking/mobile app will update on the 2nd of each month. 

    Mortgage payments made prior to 7 p.m. EST will be posted the next business day. Payments made after 7 p.m. EST will be posted in two (2) business days.
